I'm Jeremy K. Bratcher — community leader, writer, speaker, consultant and lifelong learner. I believe faith should be thoughtful, leadership should be transformational, and life should be lived with purpose.
For over two decades, I've helped people and organizations navigate growth, healing, and change. Whether it's through faith-based leadership, community engagement, counseling and coaching, teaching or writing, my work is fueled by one simple passion: to build spaces where people can belong, believe, and become.
I’m a strategic thinker at heart, blending spiritual formation, organizational leadership, and practical psychology to help others holistically live out their calling. I lead with honesty, hope, and humor — knowing that life’s best work often happens in the tension between grit and grace.
My research interests are varied, but inspired. I do have a particular lean toward helping people through trauma.
The New Adventures of Love Girl is a series for late elementary readers to help them navigate some of the hurt they face. The Limbic States of America carries that theme forward for adults.
When I'm not leading or writing, you'll find me fishing, hiking, traveling with my family, or working on creative projects that turn everyday stories into lasting impact.
Whether you're here to explore new ideas, connect with my writing, or collaborate on your next step forward — welcome. I'm glad you're here. Let's do something meaningful together.
